Rebecca Shannon

Leadership Coach. Speaker. Author.
Possibility Seeker. Community Weaver. Hot Pink Ripple Maker. Mum of Three Boys.

Rebecca Shannon knows what it looks like when a woman decides to stop living inside the story she's outgrown.

She came to Coach Cert during one of the most significant transitions of her life, leaving her marriage, building her coaching practice from the ground up, and consciously writing a completely new chapter. What the certification gave her wasn't just a framework. It was permission to stand fully behind work that had always been part of who she was.

Today, Rebecca leads Beyond Limits, a coaching and leadership movement helping people align who they're being with what they're creating. She's the founder of The Constellation community and the Beyond Limits Leadership Programme, and she works with entrepreneurs, leaders and business owners who are ready to stop playing small.

She lives on a beautiful tidal creek in Kent with her three sons, and she believes that real transformation begins when you find your way back to yourself.

Mandy Rees

Founder, Mother for Life & Next Generation Women in Law Connector. Truth-Teller. Community Builder. Moon Watcher. Keeper of Notebooks She Absolutely Does Not Need.

Mandy Rees spent 14 years as a commercial real estate solicitor before motherhood quietly dismantled everything she thought she knew about coping.

On the outside, she had it together. On the inside, she was asking a question she couldn't stop asking: why are so many women holding everything up while quietly falling apart underneath? That question became the basis of her work.

Today she runs Mother for Life and Next Generation Women in Law, bringing women together for the kind of honest conversations that rarely happen in professional spaces. She works with organisations to build cultures where women feel genuinely supported, and she coaches women who are done pretending they're fine.

She came to the One of many Coaching & Leadership Certification wanting better tools to support women at a deeper level. What she got was a framework she uses every single day, the confidence to call herself a coach, and a shift in how she sits alongside other women. No comparison. No competition. Just real, grounded solidarity.

She loves her family, her cats, a good cup of tea and any excuse to gather women in a room together.

Dunia Shafik

Certified Coach and Trainer, One of many Mother. Advocate. Social Entrepreneur. Community Builder. Change Maker.

Dunia Shafik knows what it is to face the kind of challenge that could break a person, and to choose something different instead.

When her son was imprisoned, she encountered the judgement and shame that too many mothers in similar situations face in silence. Dunia refused to stay silent. She turned one of the hardest experiences of her life into a mission, and in doing so, found her calling.

Today she works to support women and young people impacted by the criminal justice system, using coaching, creativity and the One of Many frameworks to create real change from the inside out. She is building a mother-led grassroots movement, calling for mothers to have a seat at the policy table, and delivering programmes for men behind bars.

Our Coaching and Leadership Certification gave her tools to add colour back into her life. Trainers Certification gave her the courage to dream bigger. And somewhere in the process, she moved beyond Superwoman, and found a deeper, truer version of herself.

Debbie O'Neill

Managing Director, Jules Verne Travel. Chair, AWTE. Leader. Trail Blazer. Mum. Travel Lover. Personal Development Devotee.

Debbie O'Neill started her career on a YTS scheme in the travel industry. She is now Managing Director of Jules Verne Travel, leading a team of around 40 people in a global organisation. That journey says everything you need to know about what becomes possible when a woman stops armoring up and starts leading as herself.

When Debbie first came to Coach Cert she was Head of Customer Experience. What followed wasn't just personal growth. It was promotion after promotion, to General Manager and then MD, built on a leadership style that most organisations would tell you doesn't belong in a boardroom.

She leads with openness, love and a willingness to be seen. She creates spaces where people feel safe enough to step into their own power. And she's living proof that this way of leading doesn't just feel better, it works.

She's based in Horsham with her son Max, and she's passionate about helping people show up more fully as themselves.

Lubna Alam

Dental Surgeon. Coach. Founder, The Global Majority. Heart-Led Leader. Storyteller. Seeker. Devoted Mother. Quietly Curious About Everything.

Lubna Alam came to One of many Coaching and Leadership Certification almost by happy accident. Already deep in our Living the Change programme, she thought she may as well get the qualification while she was at it. What she didn't expect was to find a home.

What followed was one of the most significant periods of her life. A divorce, a move, the middle of COVID, and a daughter who had stopped speaking to her. Something unlocked during the certification intensive week that she hadn't seen coming. And then came the work. Real, sustained work to become the mother and the person she wanted to be.

Five years later, that same daughter sent her a voice note to tell her how proud she was.

A dental surgeon and mother of two grown-up daughters, Lubna has always been endlessly curious about people and what lies beneath the surface. She is also the founder of The Global Majority, a group she created within One of many for women of colour, biracial women, and women from different cultures, because she felt it was needed.

She went into certification expecting to leave dentistry behind. Instead she found herself loving her work more than ever, and building a coaching practice alongside it.
